5,000 lbs of Hand-Picked Blackberries: Each berry was selected at the peak of ripeness to ensure a deep, complex fruit profile.
Mineral Springs Mountain Water: We use pure water drawn directly from the ancient springs of the South Mountains, providing a crisp, clean finish that can’t be replicated.
Six Years of Aging: Time has mellowed the spirit, allowing the vibrant blackberry notes to marry perfectly with the subtle oak undertones.
