Join us on Sunday, March 17th, 2024, for a hands-on whiskey-making experience at South Mountain Distilling Company! Our Whiskey Distilling Masterclass will immerse you in the art and science behind crafting exceptional whiskey. Learn from our expert distillers as they guide you through the entire process, from mashing and fermentation to distillation. Don't miss this exclusive opportunity to delve into the world of whiskey making! Please Come prepared! Your day may last up to 9 hours depending on what we are running on the day of your experience. You don't have to stay the whole time. Lunch is provided. We will discuss when you arrive. This is a hands on distiller's experience that may include: Grinding Grain Mashing in one of our recipes Fermentation Distilling Proofing Blending Bottling & Packaging Depending on what we have scheduled you will be participating in several of the above items and possibly all of them. The more notice that we have the better that we can prepare for your visit. We will throw you in to the lions den. Lol
